James and his wife Heidi live in Wagga Wagga NSW and have 2 boys Fletcher and Spencer. They all love church and have been part of Wagga GC Campus from the beginning. James is our Business Manager but he also loves everything technical, producing our livestream and looking after most technical aspects of our Sunday services. And when he can he loves to play keys and sing with our worship team. He also loves photography, flying drones, 4WDriving, camping and spending time with family.
Ben and Libby Staines are the Senior Pastors of Generocity Church. They live in Wagga Wagga and with the Vision Team oversee the vision, spiritual direction, leadership and ministry of the church.
The Executive Pastor (Caleb Dwyer), Campus Leadership Oversight (Darren Gray) and Ben and Libby Staines (Senior Pastors) meet regularly as an Executive Team to help facilitate the day to day operations of the church, provide health and well-being checks, develop strategies and planning as well as other governance matters.
This team comprises Executive Team, Lead Pastors, Cross Campus Leaders and other key leaders of Generocity Church. As one church in many locations this also acts as the spiritual eldership in upholding the Gospel of Jesus Christ, vision of the church and encouraging each other in pastoral leadership and ministry.
Local Church Life Teams
Each campus location has a church life team which acts as a practical local team that provides accountability, planning, support, vision, ministry connection and other practical elements of the local faith community.
We believe in the operation of elders as part of the Biblical model. The Lead Team acts as the overall eldership (esp. in spiritual matters) and locally there are elders who help in more practical ways (as well as spiritual matters). The local eldership helps in areas such as prayer, vision of the church, visitation, support and strengthening the local church congregation.
